Returns & Refunds
Last Updated: August 2026Returns Following Statutory Withdrawal
After exercising the statutory withdrawal right, the customer must return the goods within the legally applicable period.
HABÄNE will bear the direct cost of the standard return shipment for a valid statutory withdrawal.
Customers should contact HABÄNE or use the online return/withdrawal process to obtain the appropriate return instructions. For products containing batteries or electrical components, customers must follow the provided shipping instructions.
The statutory withdrawal right must not be made dependent upon the customer retaining the original packaging, though customers are encouraged to use it to protect the product during transportation.

Refund Policy Following Withdrawal
Following a valid statutory withdrawal, HABÄNE will reimburse the payments that must be reimbursed under applicable law, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery method offered.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed and does not result in additional costs to the customer.
HABÄNE may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been dispatched, where permitted by law.
Voluntary Returns & Exchanges
HABÄNE does not provide an additional voluntary return period beyond the customer's mandatory statutory rights unless expressly stated for a particular promotion or product.
HABÄNE does not offer automatic voluntary direct exchanges for non-defective products. A customer who wants a different colour, model, size, specification or version may use any applicable statutory withdrawal right for the original purchase and place a separate new order.
Defective, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Products
Your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Where a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, the customer may have statutory rights including subsequent performance (Nacherfüllung) and, where the statutory conditions are met, further remedies such as reduction of the purchase price, withdrawal from the purchase contract or damages.
